Our Story

re-source.io was born out of frustration. When we launched Forest of Women, a fashion brand based in Lagos, we ran headfirst into every operational challenge a growing business can face: finding reliable suppliers, sourcing quality materials, managing production, coordinating logistics.

In Nigeria, the support industries that most businesses rely on are either underdeveloped or simply don't exist. You become the designer, the sourcer, the factory manager, and the logistics coordinator all at once. It takes longer, costs more, and pulls your focus away from actually building your business. The complexity nearly shut us down.

As we spent more time on the ground, we discovered that this wasn't just a fashion problem. Skincare brands, food businesses, homeware producers, jewelry makers. Every growing business in Nigeria faces the same challenge: the suppliers, manufacturers, and resources exist. They're just scattered, hard to find, and impossible to discover online.
